All Jewzee products are crafted with premium non-fade finishing for long-lasting shine and style. However, in the rare case of color fading, only selected products are covered under our warranty policy

• Men’s Chains are covered under a 6-Month Color Warranty for color fading issues only
• Kada, Bracelet & Ring are not covered under warranty for color fading or plating issues, as these products are regularly exposed to friction and surface rubbing during daily use, which may cause natural wear over time
• If the color comes off from the hook/lock area of the chain, it will not be covered under warranty.
• Warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (Chains only).
• Replacement or repair will be provided only if fading occurs under normal usage conditions
• Damage caused by water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, scratches, misuse, or improper care is not covered under warranty
