- Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
- Customer must contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 2 days
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

- A βΉ100 return pickup charge will be applicable for all return or exchange requests
- This charge is to be borne by the customer
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area:
- You may self-ship the product via any courier service
- No βΉ100 pickup charge will be applied in this case

- Product must be returned in original unused condition
- Any signs of use, damage, or missing items may lead to rejection of the request
β Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products damaged due to usage, mishandling, or improper care
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Requests raised after the specified time frame

- Upon approval:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable)
- Or you may self-ship the product
- After receiving and quality checking the product:
